We are looking for a Parts Manager for our Hampton Bays location at 44 Newtown Road. The ideal candidate has a knowledge of marine parts and excellent computer and organizational skills. The ideal candidate is a fast learner, reliable, punctual, motivated, detail oriented, and a positive team player to work with management and coworkers to perform all assigned tasks in a fast-paced environment. You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and multitask. Job duties include but are not limited to: parts purchase & receiving from manufacturers and other multiple vendors, maintain appropriate files for parts/customer receipts and other documents, inventory control, etc.
This is a full-time, year-round position with benefits which include paid vacation, paid sick days, health and dental insurance, and 401K. Compensation will be based on experience.

Position: Marina Service Advisor

Basic Job Description:  A marina service advisor is responsible for helping customers with their boat service, maintenance and repairs. Boating industry computer systems are used to prepare work orders, invoices and perform planning activities.  Interaction with customers, technicians and managers takes place on a daily basis.

A successful service advisor candidate should have strong communication skills, strong computer skills, customer service experience, be well organized, and have a passion for doing the job right.  Prior boating experience or knowledge is helpful but not required.  This position is a good opportunity for someone looking for a year-round, rewarding job with room to grow.
